Oyster Cloyster was an exceptional event where Oregon-based chefs served up their own take on the oyster, competing for the attention and votes of professional judges and party goers.
This year the Oregon Coast Community College and the Oregon Coast Aquarium have decided to take a year off from hosting the Oyster Cloyster. The time off will be spent evaluating the event and planning for the future.
We want to thank all the guests who have supported the event. In addition, we would like to thank the chefs that have made the event such a success over the past fifteen years. Stay tuned for more information about what future will be for the event.
